Review: Anosa Seaweed Purifying Toner

image

How are you my lovely readers?? Hopefully you guys are in a better condition than mine. I had bad cough for the past the days and to make it worse I don't really have time to rest since I'm gonna move from Jogja for good in the next two days!! image Hopefully everything will turn out alright and I'm gonna start my new and preferably better life in Surabaya!!

#uhuk #uhuk Sorry there... My cough are so bad I hope my laptop isn't gonna catch any viruses from me #LOL image Okay..... Continue to the original purpose!! image Today's review is about a toner that I bought from Sasa around last month. It's Anosa Seaweed Purifying Toner and this toner is actually in a set of two toner with the other one is a Tea Tree Herbal Toner.

Description:
Anosa Seaweed Purifying Toner balances sebum secretion and tightens pores. It is softening and moisturizing.

How to Use:
I use this toner as a regular toner and sometimes as a mask too. As a toner I put the toner on a cotton pad and dab it on a clean face and neck and as a mask I put a generous amount of the toner on a cotton pad, peel the cotton in three and put the cotton on my cheek and forehead.

Product Skin Type:
This toner fit for combination skin, oily and acne skin. FYI my skin is oily combination and acne prone too. image

Ingredients:
Purified Water, Biosaccharide Gum-1 (Moisturizer), Glycerine (Solvent / Moisturizer), Phenoxyethanol (Preservatives), Ethylhexylglycerin (Moisturizer), Trehalosa (Moisturizer), Alga Extract (Moisturizer / Emollient), Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate (Anti-inflammatory / Anti-allergic), Aloe Extract (Anti-inflammatory), Peppermint Essential Oil, Menthol (Fragrance / Astringent), Cl 42090 (Pigment)

Packaging:
This toner comes in a 120 ml plastic bottle and a twist cap. Personally I prefer this kind of cap because it prevents accidental spilling as long as I also don't forget to put the cap back on he he he. Since the bottle is nice I can use it again for my DIY toner.

Texture:
The toner has blue-greenish color to it and I can really feel the tingling cool sensation from the menthol and peppermint on my skin. Felt really good and refreshing!! The cooling effect is more noticeable when I use the toner as a cotton mask and I feel my skin more moisturize and softens afterwards. As for pore tightening effect I don't think that this toner can reduce pores but it really does helps tightens my pore after going out all day. Jogja is really hot during the day and the pores tends to get larger, so using this toner after I wash my face really does helps tighten my pore back to the original state. Ohh almost forget, the toner claims to helps balance sebum secretion but I don't really notice any difference in sebum control though.

Where and How Much:
I bought this toner from Sasa for US$10.10.

My Likes:
- Nice tingling cool sensation.
- Tightens pore back to the original condition (not smaller than the original though).
- Softens and moisturize skin.

My Dislikes:
- Doesn't really helps in sebum control.

Repurchase:
No... I still prefer my DIY Toner...
