Food: Mie Kuah (Boiled Noodle)

Halo!!

Musim hujan begini paling enak tuh bikin mie kuah tapi bosan kan kalau makan mie kuahnya itu mie instant melulu, lagian kalau kebanyakan makan mie instant aku juga sering sakit perut makanya sekali-sekali bikin mie kuah sendiri he he.... Bikinnya juga cepat dan gampang terus untuk pelengkapnya bisa ditambah bakso, kol, tauge, daging, tahu dan lain-lain. Berikut resep yang aku gunakan.

Bahan-Bahan:
1 Bungkus Mie Telur
4-5 Buah Bawang Putih
Garam
Merica
Kaldu Sapi

Pelengkap:
Kol
Abon Roa

Note: Isi kulkas lagi kosong adanya cuma itu hihihi


Mienya aku pake mie telor tapi mungkin lain kali bisa coba mie model lain. Pake soba atau udon enak juga kali ya? Untuk bawang putihnya cukup digeprek aja dan tidak perlu dipotong-potong


  1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang putih sampai wangi.
  2. Masukkan air, garam, merica, abon roa dan kaldu sapi lalu panaskan sampai mendidih. Jangan lupa di icip-icip dulu sampai pas rasanya.
  3. Setelah mendidih masukkan mie telur dan masak sesuai instruksi pada kemasan lalu sajikan. Karena kol masaknya cepat jadi hanya aku masukkan kira-kira 1 menit sebelum mie matang.

Hot boiled noodle is perfect for this rainy season. But don't you think it's boring if you only cook instant noodle? Besides eating too much instant noodle won't be good for your health and I tend to get stomach ache if I eat instant noodle too often. My boiled noodle recipe is super easy to make and doesn't take a lot of time, plus you can put anything you like inside the noodle such as cabbage, meat balls, tofu, etc. Here's what I use in the recipe.

Ingredients:
1 Egg Noddle
4-5 Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Beef Stock

Cmpliment:
Cabbage
 Garfish Floss

Note:It's what I had in the fridge at the time #LOL


I use egg noodle but maybe I can use different kind of noodle next time like soba or udon maybe? As for the garlic I only crushed them and didn't cut them.



  1. Heat oil and saute the garlic until it smells good.
  2. Add water, salt, pepper and beef stock and boil it. Don't forgot to taste until you reach the desired flavor.
  3. After the stock has boiled add the egg noodle and cook according the package instruction. Because the Setelah mendidih masukkan mie telur dan masak sesuai instruksi pada kemasan lalu sajikan. Karena kol masaknya cepat jadi hanya aku masukkan kira-kira 1 menit sebelum mie matang.

  1. aaaak ngileeer. tp aku nih kl masak sndiri tiba2 kenyang duluan gitu. jadi pengennya yg instan2 aja gitu *alesan, bilang aja males* haha.btw bwng putih digeprek sm dipotong2 hasilnya bakal beda?

    1. Ahahaha kenyang duluan.
      Kalau digeprek gag kena tangan jadi tangannya gag bau bawang putih he he he... Enggak ada bedanya kok untuk rasanya suka-suka aja mau dicincang, diiris, ditumbuk silahkan aja. Terserah kamu say.
