Review: Cherry Culture Lip Balm Chocolate Flavour

Since this month I'm still out of town I still haven't had the chance or even the mood #LOL to update my blog whether it was beauty related post or even craft related stuff and also for the past three days my health is not that good. At first it was only a cough but after two days I began to have runny nose and keep sneezing  like nobody's business. So anyway since I'm not gonna go anywhere today I think it will be more productive to post a review on a lip balm that I bought a few months ago.

The reason I bough this lip balm at the time because it was cheap and there was also a discount so the price is even more cheap. YAYY!! Besides the price the other reason I was attracted to it because there are 10 flavors such as bubble gum, lime, strawberry, watermelon, coffee, chocolate, grape, raspberry, peach and banana. I only bought two kinds the chocolate and peach flavor but I lost the peach one #sigh.

Description:

This lip balm suppose to hydrates, nourish and protects your lips. It is a lip treatment for natural and luscious lips.

Packaging:

Package wise I can say there's nothing really special about this lip balm. It look like any regular lip balm or lip smacker. I think this one looks exactly like the price which is cheap #errr. The package is made from plastic and it only uses sticker label for the product. Although I kinda like the design since it's pretty simple.

Ingredients:

Petrolatum, Mineral Oil, Polybutene, Ozokerite, Ceresin, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Cera Alba, Stearic Acid, Stearyl Stearate, Bis-Diglyceryl, Polyacyladipate-2, Euphorbia Cerifera, Wax, Perfume, Tocopheryl Acetate, Phenoxyethanol.

Texture:

This lip balm has transparent white-ish color and it also looks transparent when I put it on my lips although there's a bit sheen to it. Therefore it will be perfect to prep my lips before I put on any lipstick, lip gloss or lip tint. As for the scent, the first thing that I notice when I open this lip balm is how great the scent is!! It's very chocolatey!! Never knew that a lip balm could smells so good.... Usually they had a weird sweet scent which make me dizzy.

My Verdict:

So far other than the fact that I have to pre order it for about a month I have nothing bad to say about this lip balm and it is so far my favorite lip balm aside from the lip balm from my dermatologist. But the one from the dermatologist has a weird scent and taste so Kudos for Cherry Culture lip balm!! It has a great scent and has no taste. I have a pretty dry lips so I tends to hoard several kinds of lip balm to put on several place like my desk, purse, make-up bag etc. My lips is also sensitive but I don't have any allergic reaction while using this lip balm so YAYY!! more Kudos!! I'm definitely gonna buy several of them again soon.....

- nourish and moisturize my dry lips well
- smells great
- no weird taste
- cheap

My Dislikes:
- have to buy online (and took a long time too!)

Not long after I made this post I left this lip balm on the living room desk and found that my 1.5 years old nephew has used this lip balm all over her face. So #notetoself keep out of reach from childrenn...
