Review: The Face Shop Nail Polish GR502 with Swatches

Onto the Second review for today. It's one of my favorite color but surprisingly I only have one color. The others was more of a pink or red tone (I wonder why??). The Face Shop is one of my favorite color for nail polishes cos they have a lot of shade and really affordable even though the color is sometimes a hit and miss for me. Anyway the one that I'm gonna review today is the GR502.

Review: Jordana Easyshine Glossy Lip Color #04 Raspberry

Normally I'm not really a fan of pink lipstick and I prefer an orange or peach colored lipstick, unless it's a lip tint then pink it's not a problem. IDK why but pink lipstick seem to Barbie-ish to me?? Well it's just me being weird though. Pink lip tint is okay because when I wore them, they look more natural on me than pink lipstick. Having said that... I wonder now why I don't have a problem wearing red lips but I tend to back down on pink or even nude lipstick . Anyway.... Even though I don't usually prefer a pink lipstick, that opinion changes when I saw this pretty pink lipstick from Jordana. Review: Tony Moly Kiss Lover Live Tint #02 Live Orange

Hello again....

This time I'm gonna review a lovely orange color lip tint from Tony Moly that I bought a few months back and has been loving it ever since!! IDK why but I prefer orange and red for my lip color rather than pink or nude. Sometimes the wrong shade of nude makes me look unhealthy and pale and pink is sometimes too girly #LOL although some shade of pink has gotten into my heart too he he .... Anyway this lip tint is called Kiss Lover Live Tint and the shade is #02 Live Orange. The other shade are #01 Live Pink and #03 Live Red and I think there's a new limited edition #04 Deep Red which probably has a similar color with Etude House Dear Darling Tint #04 Vampire Red. Tony Moly Kiss Lover Series also includes the Kiss Lover Lipstick and Kiss Lover Tint Marker and all of them has beautiful color and cute packaging.

Review: Etude House Dear Darling Tint in #02 Real Red and #04 Vampire Red

This time I'm gonna review my other favorite lip tint beside Tony Moly Berry Berry Magic Lip Tint which is Etude House Dear Darling Tint!! I admit I have a love hate relationship with lip tint because they tend to accentuate my lips line and make my lips dry but that problem didn't occur at all with the Tony Moly Lip Tint but unfortunately the lip tint only looks one color on my lips and I want another color. So finally I come across this lip tint from Etude House, I was interested in this particular lip tint because it comes in a gorgeous range of red and lately I am into red lips.

I use to think that I don't own that many lip products but since I started to do a series of lippie review I finally realize that I own a quite amount of lip products. Today I'm gonna continue with my previous lippe review project and today's review is on two lip products from Max Factor. The first one is Max Factor Lipfinity Lasting Lip Tint in Shade #10 Latte and the second one is Max Factor Flipstick Colour Effect Lipstick in Shade #30 Gypsy Red. I've been into Max Factor lately and I have a few of their products from Foundation, Nail Polish, Eyeliner, Eye Shadow, Lip Tint, Lipstick and off course my Favorite MASCARA!! They had such a great products with affordable prices!!

Review: Etude House CC Cream in Silky and Pure Make-Up Tutorial

I'm in a mood of making another review for today but it's not another lippie stuff and I know I've made a decision to make a theme review but since it's almost runs out I decided to make a review about it. It's Etude House Correct and Care Cream in Silky type. Why I choose Silky? Well as much as I love a dewy look I've tried my friend's CC Cream in Glow before and I don't really like it. It makes me look too oily and it doesn't has any coverage. Silky gives more coverage (albeit light one) and has a matter finish.

Yet another lippie review tonight and it's gonna be a review on the ever so popular NYX Round Lipstick!! I have two shades that I'm gonna review and they are Femme and Strawberry Milk. FYI I had bittersweet feeling regarding the NYX Round Lipstick. Why?? Well they have a crazy shade of color. I mean they has 144 shades!!!! Those pretty color always attracts me but sometimes different shade of color has different shade of quality regarding the texture, longevity and pigmentation. I really wonder why??

Review: Jordana Matte Lipstick in Tangerine Tango

Continuing with some previous theme which is Lippie Stuff today I'm gonna review another lip product and it's gonna be a Matte Lipstick!! I've never own or interested in matte lipstick before because my lips gets dry very easy and from what I heard Matte Lipstick tend to dries your lips until one day I saw Jordana Matte Lipstick on discount at Cherry Culture!! The price was soo cheap so I think that I have nothing to loose right? If I don't like it I can give it to my mom or preloved it. Onto the review than shall we??

Review: NYX Butter Gloss (Peach Cobbler, Cherry Cheese Cake and Cherry Pie)

I'm trying to write a series of review on a lip products that I own so several of my upcoming review will have a lip theme to it and my next review will have a blusher, highlighter, eye shadow or eye liner theme so keep waiting for my update okay!! So continuing from yesterday's lippie review today's review will also about lip product which is NYX Butter Gloss!! The reason I was interested in the Butter Gloss because I've tried NYX Lip Creme before and even though I really like the color they kinda make my lips dry and I hate that it stains my teeth sometimes so I though the Butter Gloss won't do that kinda stuff.

Review: LA Girl Luxury Creme Lip Color

Hello!!

I finally had the time to take pictures so today I'm gonna review a lippie products from LA Girl called LA Girl Luxury Creme Lip Color. This lipstick is not only pigmented but the price is quite cheap!! I'm kinda amaze how good it is fu fu fu... If only they have more color I might even prefer this one than NYX Round Lipstick.. FYI I'm not really a lipstick person and I generally prefer lip tint but lately those beautiful lipstick colors keep tormenting me to try them on... I have six shades of this lipstick and they are Fling, Forbidden Love, Secret Admirer, Infatuated, Endless Kisses and Pure Ecstasy.

Review: Viva Cream Eye Shadow

Hari ini sedang cukup produktif jadi nambah satu post lagi deh... Berhubung stok eye shadow ada macam-macam dan semuanya masih menunggu untuk di review kali ini aku cicil satu lagi deh... Awalnya beli ini gara-gara keracunan ses Arum, waktu itu dia beli macem-macem warna dan ternyata sekarang udah dipreloved semua pulakkk...  

Tadinya cuma kepingin beli satu warna tapi lama-lama nambah dan nambah lagi he he he... Ada total 14 warna dari Viva Cream Eye Shadow ini yaitu Biru, Coklat, Coklat Tua, Hijau, Ungu, Ungu Tua, Silver, Gold, Putih, Merah, Hitam, Peach, Orange dan Tembaga.

Kemasan:

Eye Shadow dari Viva ini dijual dalam bentuk kemasan satuan berbentuk bulat dan terbuat dari plastik. Tutupnya transparan jadi gampang lah kalau mau liat warnanya tanpa perlu buka-buka kemasan. Tapi sayangnya kemasannya rapuh banget dan ada beberapa yang tidak bisa menutup dengan kencang dan ada juga yang malah susah dibuka. Pernah aku bawa salah satu warna (lupa yang mana) untuk travelling dan tutupnya kebuka di dalam pouch, walhasil nempel kemana-mana deh si eye shadow ini dan pernah juga aku kesulitan membuka kemasan dan waktu kebuka kukuku (errr kukuku?? ) nyungsep ke dalam eye shadow dan jadinya sekarang si eye shadow bentuknya gag rapi rata gitu. Jadi sekarang kalau mau dibawa pergi suka aku karetin atau selotip.

Tekstur:
Tekstur Viva Cream Eye Shadow tidak creamy sesuai dengan namanya malah cenderung keras dan kering. Awalnya kupikir bakal seperti tekstur NYX Cream Blush atau Maybelline Color Tattoo gitu tapi ternyata jauh lebih keras dan kering. Tapi tenang aja dicolek dikit udah keluar kok warnyanya (dicolek? sabunn kaliii!! )

Review: Etude House Bling in The Sea Sparkling Nails (BBL601 and BBL603)

I've been absent for a few days now and even though I have a lot of pending post I don't feel like updating them... I think the heat is getting to me.. I've been feeling dizzy and spends most of my time indoors... But I made up my mind this time and gathers all of my spirit to write this post .

It's Etude House Bling in The Sea Sparkling Nails!!! Their series of glitter nail polishes is the cutest one I've encountered so far!! It really has that mermaidy feeling to it. The nail polishes that I got are:

BBL601 #04 Mermaid's Tears

BBL603 #06 Shiny Jewelry Box

Packaging:
These nail polishes comes in a slim glass bottle and I really like the blue glittery design on the caps. It is also sealed so I'll know that I'm the first one that opens the bottle.

The Nail Polish:
Etude House Bling In The Sea Sparkling Nails BBL601 Mermaid's Tears (#4) has a light blue tinted clear base polish and BBL603 Shiny Jewelry Box  (#6) has a blue tinted clear base polish. Both nail polishes has several types of glitters - there are round and hexagon shape glitters in small, medium and large size and all of the glitters has different color too!!

The Brush:

The brush is just right in length and width and it’s really easy to apply the product on my nails. I didn't have any difficulty in picking up the glitters like the previous Pink Prism Nail Polish.

Application & Consistency:
The formula is quite nice, it's not too runny that makes it hard to coat or too thick and gooey that it's hard to dry. I think it's just the right consistency and the glitters distributes nicely too.

Mermaid's Tear Swatches:
I try to use it on my nails with and without base color. The Mermaid's Tears looks very cute on my nails by itself and since some of the glitters is holographic it has different colors depending on the light. The glitter looks yellow under artificial light and light blue under natural light.

Shiny Jewelry Box Swatches:
The Shiny Jewelry Box looks pretty much the same under artificial and natural lightning and the color are more obvious than the Mermaid's Tears.

Swatches with Dark Base:
I use Royal Blue as a base for this look and if you're looking for that glam look I think Shiny Jewelry Box if the one that you wanna get although I still like the Mermaid's Tears because it sorta gives that cute melancholy look. Err... What am I talking about???

Coverage:
This nail polish has a nice coverage. I only use 2-3 coats for dense and evenly distributed glitter coverage and even if I want to have a bolder look I can always layer them again since this nail polish doesn't build up. #awesome!!!

Drying Time:
 I think the drying time is about average for this nail polish.

Finish:
It has a glossy finish and when I touch my nails it felt slightly rough from all of the glitters. I usually use top coats though for a smoother surface.

Durability:
I use this nail polish with base and top coat for about a week and no heavy duty activity and I didn't notice any tip wear or chipping but if did a lot of activity the nails polish will wear off or chipped after three days.

Removal:
Like any other glitter nail polishes this one is quite tough to remove and I had to use quite a lot of nail polish remover.

What I Like :

- beautiful glitter.

- easy to spread.

- buildable color.

What I Don't Like :

- hard to remove
