Review: La Glace épurant White Essence

Hello!!!

Hisashiburi desuu..... Well not really.. It's only been a few days right?? I'm quite energetic today even though Surabaya is still very much hot and humid with an occasional mosquitoes here and there. Luckily there are no mosquitoes around at my room although I currently have ants infestation!! Any idea how to get rid of them ants?? I sweep and mop almost every day but they just keep on coming... The ants chalk thing wasn't much help either. I heard of using boric acid with sugar water as ants poison but since boric acid has been misused a lot I don't think it was easy to get my hands on it (or is it??). Where do I buy it anyway? Chemical store? I just move to Surabaya and didn't know my way here. If any of my readers knows other alternative let me know alright?

Sooo.... Onto the review.. I bought this serum last December but only got to use it a few months back since I still have The Skinfood Tomato Whitening Serum at that time and bought the La Glace Serum as a replacement. I didn't think much of the serum at that time but now that I finish using it I really like it, but before I continue on my review here's a quick intro about La Glace.

Review: Anosa Seaweed Purifying Toner

How are you my lovely readers?? Hopefully you guys are in a better condition than mine. I had bad cough for the past the days and to make it worse I don't really have time to rest since I'm gonna move from Jogja for good in the next two days!!  Hopefully everything will turn out alright and I'm gonna start my new and preferably better life in Surabaya!!

Review: O'slee Clear Spa Sleeping Mask

I'm gonna do a review on another product that has been sitting on my draft area for months now. It's a sleeping mask from O'slee and as I mention several times on my blog. I looovvveeee sleeping mask!! I saw this mask on Sasa.com and can't help myself from trying this mask (errr I gotta stop doing this kinda stuff). 

Packaging:

Truthfully the mask has a cheap looking box and packaging but who am I to judge? My favorite cream eyeshadow has a cheap a** looking packaging too! It's in a jar so there's a hygiene issue there too. I gotta make sure my hands are clean or scoop the mask with spoon or spatula.

Mega Haul Post!!!!

Finally I get to do this Mega Haul post!!! I've been so busy from last March preparing for umrah, graduation procedure, vacation, and finally packing up since I'm gonna move to Surabaya!! I can't believe it's gonna be my last two month in Jogjakarta.... I love this city soo much!! ┃(`･ω･)ω-*) ♡  But I have to move on and get out of my comfort zone...

Review: Kai Pore Pack

Sorry for haven't post anything for a long time, I've been out of town, out of country and also busy with my graduation preparation so I haven't got the time to post anything. But I'm gonna make up for it and do more post this month.

Today's review is about a pore pack from KAI. I bought in in a box with 10 sheets of this pore pack in it for about $4 (IDR 40.000) if I'm not mistaken and I bought in online from Sasa.com.

Description:
Kai Pore Pack Sheet is a fresh product that clears away blackheads of nose. It firmly fits nosewings. It contains botanical tightening ingredients to care for the skin. It also contains menthol to give refreshing feeling.
Use 1 -2 times a week.

How to Use:
After cleansing, wet nose.
Dry hands and put the strip on nose.
Wait for 10 - 15 minutes, and then gently tear off the strip.
If you feel pain when tearing, spray water on nose, and then gradually tear off.

Review: Suki Make-Up Face Full HD Cream

Finally....

I had the time to do this post, I bought this cream several months ago because it looks interesting... #LOL totally a bad habit of mine. There are 4 product range from Suki Cream such as Suki Make-Up Moisturize C.C Cream (#01), Suki Make-Up Face Whitening Cream (#02), Suki Make-Up Face Sunscreen Cream SPF 15 (#03), and Suki Make-Up Face Full HD Cream (#04). I choose the HD Cream because at that time my BB Cream is almost runs out so this one caught my eye. I think it was about $9 (IDR 90.000).

Description (Taken from Sasa.com):

Suki [Magic cc cream] Full HD (04)(40ml) contains high degree of oil controlling and its ingredients can perfectly cover the wrinkles, fleck or black eye, any flaws on your face, keeping a flawless, intact appearance. Full HD Cream has a similar color with the skin, can veal the flaws on the face without obviously noticed. It has a slight fragrance, which can add freshness and feeling of nature for the skins. C.C cream is stands for Corium Care Cream which can protect and repair the skins. It can even help to adjust the color of the skin to make it become white.

How to Use:
After cleansing, apply appropriate amount of the cream to the face, massage and slight slap until it absorbs.

1st Impression: Skinlite Green Tea Essence Mask

I don't really like using sheet mask because I have to stood still while wearing it and it's a bother to just lay down for 20 minutes. But..... Since this was on promo of buy 2 get 1 I'm thinking that it was a pretty good bargain too... This one is $1.5 (IDR 15.000) a piece.

Skinlite Green Tea Essence Mask is useful for lifting and ultra-hydrating results. Enriched with Vitamin E, Phyto Collagen & Green Tea Extract helps lift and hydrate in 15-20 minutes. The mask has special formula that helps retain more moisture and improve elasticity and suppleness after use. It's hypo allergenic and no animal testing.

How to Use:

1. Open packet and unfold mask pulling on flaps.

2. Press gently with finger-tips to set in place over face.

3. Leave on for 15-20 minutes.

4. Remove mask and massage excess product into skin. Do not rinse off.

The mask comes all folded up and drenched in essence although it doesn't drips everywhere. It has an herbally scent rather than the scent of green tea that I was expecting. I put the leftover essence inside the sachet to my neck and hands. There are many slits in this mask so I thought that it would be more adjustable but it turns out to be annoying to place on my face. It barely even cover my nose and it has those flaps for the eyes too. I'm guessing it was suppose to cover my eyes too but it turns out really annoying for me. I don't I think the mask just doesn't fit my face shape.

The first feels from this mask was that it cool and refreshing, and after 20 minutes I didn't have any reaction to the mask, no itch or anything. After I took the mask off my face feel smoother, brighter, and was more hydrated - so I guess it did a good job. Although I'm not sure about the "lifting" or skin elasticity, but indeed my face felt more hydrated and looked brighter.  

My Likes:

- has brightening and hydrating effects.

- convenient and no need to rinse.

My Dislikes:

- the mask doesn't fit my face well and it's hard to put on with the annoying slit.

Review: C+M Pore Control Cleansing Gel

Since I'm lovin' the C+M Anti-Blemish 3 in 1 Deep Purifying Cleansing Gel that I bought previously several months ago I think this one will also be a good one too. I got it from sasa.com for $2.3 (IDR 23.000) which I think quite affordable since it's quite big. This cleansing gel natural vegetal extracts and Bearberry extract and formulated to gently clean, whiten and pore refining in one single action. After use, the skin will maintain the pH equilibrium 5.5, without feeling of dryness while simultaneously regain a natural transparent white look. It is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive and particularly recommended for dull, yellowish and spots skin. 

Main Ingredients:

Aqua, Glycerine, Merquat 550, Coconut Diethanolamide, Arbutin, Witch Hazel, Citric Acid, Cocamidopropyl, Sodium Lauryl Ethel Sulphate, Purasal S/HQ 60, Kathon-CG, Bodium Benzoate.

The products comes in a flip top package and it's quite hard to open and close. I usually just slam it to the bathroom wall to close the cap. Even though I particularly don't like this type off cap since it broke quite easily this one is really sturdy. Maybe that's why it's so hard to open and close?? 

December Haul

Tony Moly Shiny Foot Peeling Liquid

I always wanted to try this stuff and finally decided to buy the one from Tony Moly. The original price is $8.8 (IDR 88.000) but I got 50% discount so it's only $4.4 (IDR 44.000).

Holika Holika Face 2 Change Star Pot (Golden Bronze)

This eye shadow color is interesting and since the color is pretty neutral I can carry it in my pouch. I got it for  $3.5 (IDR 35.000), but the original price is $7 (IDR 70.000).

Review: Belle Madame Konjac Sponge

Today's review is about Belle Madame Konjac Sponge that I bought from Sasa.com. The reason I'm interested in this sponge at the first place because I've seen a lot of good review about konjac sponge and since this one is cheap I decided to buy it. Too bad I only bought one because this sponge is awesome!!! I got it at $2.8 (IDR 28.000), cheap isn't it??

Review: TCM Sleeping Pack Cubilose Pearl

Review: C+M Anti-Perspirant DEO Roll-On (Fresh Flower)

Hi!! It's time for another review...

I never made any review on deodorant before but I think it will be interesting though... So the deodorant that I'm gonna review is C+M Anti Perspirant Deo Roll-On in Fresh Flower Fragrance. C+M is a famous French personal and skin care brand with wide range of whitening, suncare, anti allergy, moisturizing, deodorant and acne treatment products. I've used several of their products such as facial wash, eye mask, and of course deodorant.

Review: VESS Pucucu Foaming Ball

Wanna know what these cute pink and blue round thingy?? It's called Pucucu Foaming Ball from VESS, basically it's a sponge ball that you use to make your facial wash to foams a lot.... Just a teensy weensy facial wash combine with this foaming ball will create a huge amount of foam!! The foam are smooth and nice too... Feels good to your skin. I bough this at sasa.com for US$ 4.1 (IDR 38.950), kinda expensive though but this will help my facial wash last longer since I only use a tiny amount of facial wash.

This foaming ball comes in a plastic package which is pretty hard to open and I had a tiny cut on my finger just by opening this thing. *darnn....

My August or is it September?? Sasa Haul

After waiting for about a week finally my order from Sasa.com comes two days ago. Usually you have to buy more than $70 (IDR 700.000) to get a free shipping but they have a free shipping promo if you buy at least $29 (IDR 290.000) not bad huh?!? If I bought more than $70 I have to pay custom since it's more than $50 (IDR 500.000) and will end up paying more money which sucks big time. So I save a lot of money by not having to pay for shipping and custom.

The package box is quite big but it's all dented!! I hope the custom and shipping  people won't ruin the inside package.

Review: Ocean Soda Pop Lip Balm

Today's review is Soda Pop Lip Balm from Ocean, I bought this 6 of this lip balm from Sasa for $1.8 (IDR 18.000). Ocean has some of the cutest lip balm ever!! I can't help myself looking at em' and finally decided to buy the Soda Pop kind. It has six variants and I bought all of em' like peach, green apple, grape, cola, orange, and lemonade. I've already gave the lemonade one to my friend and she likes it very much.

Reviewnya adalah masker wajah tipe wash off dari Skinlite yaitu Hydrating Cucumber Masque. Masker ini aku beli di sasa.com seharga US$0.90 buy 2 get 1 free promonya. Aku beli masker ini dan macam-macam masker lainnya tapi sebagian besar udah dipakai dan lupa bikin reviewnya.

Maskernya

Tekstur maskernya seperti gel namun agak kasar, seperti ketimun yang diblender dan baunya juga seperti ketimun. Satu masker bisa sampai 4 kali pakai klo agak irit-irit memakainya dan lebih enak lagi kalo masker ini sebelumnya ditaro di kulkas, jadi pas dipakai efek dingin dan segarnya lebih berasa. Masker ini cukup dipakai 5-10 menit aja lalu dibilas dengan air, tapi aku kadang suka pakai lebih lama kalo ada waktu. Setelah pemakaian masker ini wajahku terasa lebih segar dan sejuk, tapi untuk efek lainnya aku sendiri kurang ngerasain ya. Hanya suka aja make masker ini setelah pergi panas-panas mukanya terasa lebih adem gitu abis maskeran sama si ketimun ini plus aku suka bau ketimun dari maskernya jadi sekalian aromaterapi juga kali ya??

Review: C+M Anti-Blemish 3 in 1 Deep Purifying Cleansing Gel

Time to make another review... It's C+M Anti-Blemish 3 in 1 Deep Purifying Cleansing Gel, yeah the name is pretty long for a facial wash. I've been using this facial wash for the last one month and it works pretty well. I got for $2.5 (IDR 25.000) and it was a 74% discount price from $9.5 (IDR 95.000)!! Yeah the 74% discount is what makes me buy this facial but luckily it was a good product. 

This facial comes in a 70 ml tube, a pretty decent size I think. It has the product name on the front and product description in English and French at the back. The package is really simple compare to other facial wash and especially the Korean brand one.
