Hi!!

Sorry yah lama banget baru bisa bikin post ini. Karena beberapa hari terakhir aku sibuk keluar kota demi mencari pekerjaan (TAT). Berhubung statusku sejak lulus kemarin sampai sekarang masih Jobless alias pengangguran jadi saat ini aku masih cukup sibuk bolak balik antara Jember dan Surabaya. Niatnya sih mau langsung pindah ke Surabaya tapi karena sesuatu dan lain hal kepindahannya tertunda terus-terusan deh.....

Okay... Udah ah curcol dan nyebar aibnya hi hi sekarang lanjut ke niat utama, tapi sebelumnya aku mau share macam-macam saran dan kritik yang sudah aku urutkan berdasarkan jumlahnya.

Bikin make-up tutorial donk...

Nah kalo yang ini dari dulu memang udah ada yang sering nanyain melalui e-mail atau komen tapi berhubung aku sendiri masih ngerasa amatiran soal dandan jadi rasanya gimannnaaa gitu klo ngepost tutorial he he he... Apa ada yang mau liat ya?? Untuk saran yang satu ini akan berusaha aku buat kalau sudah ada ide untuk temanya ya.

Banyakin DIY Post donk...

Ini maksud DIY itu berhubungan dengan beauty, fashion, aksesoris atau craft ya? Anggap aja lah segala sesuatu yang berhawa-hawa Do It Yourself gitu ya??? Baiklah untuk ide-ide DIY ini sebetulnya sudah banyak banget aku kumpulin hanya belum direalisasikan saja.

Font ngebosenin diganti donk? Atau fontnya kurang besar digedein donk!

Kalau soal font yang membosankan kayaknya untuk font aku lebih suka yang standar aja nanti kalau bentuk hurufnya aneh-aneh gag bisa dibaca lagi. Sedangkan untuk ukuran font kayaknya udah pas deh menurutku. Udah pas belum sih?? Sebelumnya pernah aku bikin agak gede trus ada yang komen klo hurufnya kegedean #LOL.

Untuk ukuran foto memang sengaja tidak terlalu besar supaya gampang loadingnya, selain itu koneksi internetku juga masih belum stabil dan agak lola sehingga ukuran yang aku upload tidak terlalu besar. Untuk kualitas foto jujur aja aku belum punya kamera yang bagus, kamera pocket aja enggak punya he he he... Sebagian besar foto aku ambil pake kamera ponsel tapi pasti aku pilih dengan kualitas gambar yang terbaik. 

Template kurang unyu. headernya kurang rame, header terlalu simpel, headernya kurang bagus dan background yang terlalu simpel

Kalau soal ini pribadi masing-masing kali ya? Soalnya aku masih suka banget tuh sama template beserta header dan backgroundnya he he he. Sengaja pilih yang simpel supaya gag puyeng liatnya ^^ Nanti kalau ada mood lagi baru deh aku ganti lagi walaupun sepertinya akan tetap simpel juga penampakannya.

Bikin video 

Errrrr kalau yang ini aku dengan cukup yakin belum akan membuat video. Kenapa? Soalnya aku malu, malas, malas dan malas he he he.... Kalaupun nanti buat mungkin lebih ke hairstyle kali ya? Seperti cara buat french braid, fishtail braid atau hair bun dan bakal minim monolog alias tanpa suaraku karena aku maluuuuu.....

Review: NYX Retractable Eye Liner

O Hello!!

I just got back from Jakarta this morning and super tired, but since I had a spare time tonight I wanted to make a review on theses NYX Retractable Eye Liner that I had for quite some time now and really loving it!! I prefer this type of eyeliner because liquid eyeliner bristle tends to stuck between my eyelashes and makes application a bit hard and messy. So generally I prefer pencil eye liner but I still like liquid eye liner because it gives a more bold and precision look.

Anyway back to NYX Retractable Eye Liner.... I had five of these baby and I really really want to get them in more color but had to held back to save money and I don't think I'm gonna use the other color every day anyway. But if I bought them I had to make myself to use them anyway right??? Ahhh.... Somebody stop me!!!

Packaging:

I really like this eye liner because it's retractable and I don't need to sharpen it because I am really bad at doing it. Most of my pencil eyeliner gone in a flash because I can't help myself from over-sharpening them. This means no more waste products too!! On the other side because I can't sharpen them I can't make a fine line with this eye liner.

Colors:

There are 18 color and I have 5 of them.

Aqua Green

Aqua Green is a beautiful shimmer teal.

Lime Green

Lime Green is shimmery lime green

Deep Blue

Deep Blue is a shimmery dark denim or is it navy?

Bronze

 Bronze is a dark brown with pink shimmers on it.

Deep Purple

 Deep purple is a matte dark purple.

The Eye Liner:

These eye liners are quite pigmented when I swatch them on my hand but when I apply them on my eyes they are not as pigmented. I have to swipe them several times to get a desirable results. Also funny thing is some colors glides better than the other one. For example the Bronze one glides really well but the Deep Purple is a bit waxy and kinda dragged a bit on my skin. Tugging my eye solves this dragging problem though....

Smudge Test:
Once this baby are set it cannot budge so if I want to smudge this out for a smokey eyes look (although I rarely did that) I have to do it right away because once the colors are on it stays on like forever!! I try to rub them really hard with my hand and they just won't budge.

 Waterproof Test:

For waterproof test I put the swatch on my hand, put it on running water and then try to rub my hands real hard.

I put these liner in running water for about a minute and they pretty much stays the same like Joey McIntyre song #LOL.

After the running water test I keep my skin in a damp condition for about 30 seconds and wipe really hard with my hands and it only smudge a little bit. I think it was good since normally I would never rubs my eyes really hard like that.

Easy to Clean:
I'm using waterproof make-up remover and it was pretty easy to clean. Just one gentle swipe almost clean the whole products.

What I Like:

- Waterproof
- Smudgeproof
- Great color

What I Don't Like:
- Drags my skin a bit.
- Some colors glides better that the other.

DIY: Stitch Marker from Paper Clip

For a crochet addict like me a good stash of stitch marker are very important. But what if the stitch marker get lost all the time? I know mine always is... Buying them again would be a waste of money because it will get lost again and if I make my own using beads and lobster clasp thingy would be good too but the clasp keep ruining my nails.

These are my DIY stitch marker that I've made before and for some reason all of them are missing m(_._)m. So what do I do? I've seen on a blog before of somebody who use paper clip as her stitch marker and I always stash a good load of paper clip.

Bobble Bow Hair Clip

I Change My Hair Color to Champagne Pink With Schwarzkopf Fresh Light

Hello!!

I can't believe tomorrow is gonna be Hari Raya!! I hope I can wake up in time for Shalat Ied.... My brother just got back home today and tomorrow after Shalat Ied our family is going to go for a trip to Surabaya. Hopefully the traffic won't be a bummer. Anyway... I change my several times lately since I was bored and right now I've change my hair color into Champagne Pink!! What?? Pink?? Yes..!! But not that cotton candy pink... More of a ash color with a hint of pink in it. At first I wanted to dye my hair using my last bubble hair dye but when I saw this BOGOF promo for Schwarzkopf Fresh Light Hair Dye at Guardian I decided to buy that one instead.

I think the color is very pretty ^^

According to the color guide either my hair will be like the top one or the middle one I think. I suppose I have to bleach my hair if I want a precise color.

Crochet Leaf Earring

Hello!!

Just a quick pattern on this lovely earring that I made. It's super easy to make and can be use with a scrap of yarn. I'm thinking of making it in a colorful color from several scraps of yarn that I join together.

Material:

- Earring Hook

- Yarn

- Steel Ring

Pattern:

- make 13 ch

- 3 sc from 2nd ch from hook.

- 6 dc on the next 6 ch

- 3 sc on the last 3 ch

- continue with 4 ch

- 3 ss from the 2nd ch from hook

- continue on the other side make 3 sc, 6 dc and 3 sc

- fasten off

Assembly:

Attach ring and then earring hook.

Terms:

ch = chain

sc = single crochet

dc = double crochet

Food Post: Japanese Croquette (Korokke)

A few days back I decided to make a korokke for my family. Since it was pretty easy to make and delicious too I wanted to share my recipe here. 

What I Use:

- 3 Medium size potato

- 150gr Minced meat

- 1 Small carrot

- 3 Small onion

- 4 Clove garlic

- 100gr Button mushroom

- Oil for cooking

- Breadcrumb

- Flour

- 1 Egg

- Chicken stock

- Salt

- Pepper

Are you ready to make korokke?? Start!!

I use 3 medium size potatoes, peel them and cut them.

After I cut the potatoes I boil it and add two blocks of chicken stock in the boiling water (beef stock can be used too). To know when to stop boiling the potato just stab the potatoes using fork, if there's no resistance then the potatoes are ready.

Note: Steaming the potatoes gives  a better results than boiling but this is how I made it back when I was still living in a boarding house. I only have portable stove and steaming the potatoes would be a waste of gas so I boil the potatoes by using magic jar.

I use about 150 gr of minced beef meat but minced chicken meat is nice too.

I use a small carrot and chopped it.

Also chopped 4 clove of garlic. I like to mashed the garlic first before chopping it.

Chopped 3 small onions.

I add mushroom too but it's optional.
 

After the potato is done mashed it using fork.

Finally time to make the korokke filling!!

1. Heat oil and saute garlic until it smells nice and add onion until it becomes somewhat transparent.
2. Add minced meat and stir until it has a nice brown color.
3. Add chopped mushroom and carrot.
4. Add mashed potatoes and stir until the mixture has combine nicely

Note: Don't forget to season the mixture with salt, pepper and beef/chicken stock and also make sure to taste it too!!

This the crumble station. I forgot to take the picture before I use them but basically you mold the korokke mixture into a patty, dip it into egg batter and the covers it with breadcrumb and flour mixture.

 

The recipe above will produce 16 korokke. Put it in a freezer and deep fried them later!! He he he I forgot to take picture after it was deep fried because it's already been eaten!!
