Review: The Bath Box Lemon Muesli Acne Fighting Face Mask

Back in the mood for blogging fellas!!

I'm going to catch up on doing reviews as much as I can but unfortunately for crocheting I really haven't had the time nor the equipment to do more crochet project. So..... Today's review is about an awesome anti-acne face mask from The Bath Box!! If you like to read my blog you'll know that I prefer a wash off mask and sleeping mask rather than a sheet mask. This particular mask is the wash off kind, it works well and uses 100% natural ingredients too!

Description:

The Bath Box Lemon Muesli Acne Fighting Face Mask is made with real lemon juice, lemon essential oil, and indian multani mitti, it helps reduce pimples & control excessive oiliness on face.

How to Use:

• Blend 1 tsp mask to 1,5-2 tsp water, apply it on your face, leave it for 8-10 minutes (until half dry), rub your face gently with circular motion and rinse. Apply toner and moisturizer if desired.

• Remember only use this until half dry, because this is clay based mask

• Allergy Warning: People with skin allergies should test the soap on a small spot of skin first and stop using if irritation occurs. Even this is 100% natural with no chemicals, there are some people also allergy with natural ingredients. 

Ingredients:
Wholegrain organic oatmeal, lemon juice, rice powder, multani mitti, lemon essential oil

Packaging:

The packaging reminds me of a LUSH products although I haven't tried any he he he... It comes in a plastic jar and there's a plastic separator inside (I forgot to take a pic).

The Mask:

When I open the mask it smells like lemon (so fresh!!) and you can see bits of oatmeal in it too.

My Thoughts:

I use this masks 2-3 times a week and since it doesn't contains any preservatives it can only be used up to three months after it was open. It doesn't matter though because it was usually gone after 1-1.5 months and because it expires quite fast I have to remind myself to use it regularly. What I also like about this mask is that it contains oatmeal so it can also acts as an exfoliants, so basically I got a 2-in-1 product!!

After it's slightly dries (about 8 minutes) I damp my fingertips and rubs my face gently in a circular motion until the mask is gone. Voila!! My skin feels so moist from the mask, smooth from the gentle exfoliation and my acne dries faster too!

What I Like:

- easy to use
- mild exfoliation
- dries acne

What I Don't Like:

- NONE!!
