Crochet Lil' Jack Skellington

One of my friends loves and collects Jack Skellington from Nightmare Before Christmas so I thought I'm gonna make one for him. I found this pattern as I blogwalking to find some cute amigurumi pattern and though this one is perfect for him. At first I'm doing okay in making it but in the middle I got confused in reading the pattern but ahh welll... I just continue making it anyway. The rest of the yarn are made into a hanging thingy while the eyes and jacket are glued.

Crochet Skull and Cross Bones

I've been into anything skull lately and collecting some stuff with skull in it, I got skull pattern legging, skull pattern cardigan, and some skull accessories. The reason I'm into this stuff is because the Japanese Drama and Anime titled Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge where the main character named Sunako is into this dark, goth, grimm, and gore stuff and she has a lot of things with skulls in it which I think are really really cute!! 

After digging here and there I finally found this pattern and it took me no time to make one of this cute skull. After I'm done I sew this skull and cross bones into a t-shirt and I'm... LUVIN IT!!!! (o^∇^o)ノ

Crochet Cellphone Case

Blackberry Case

I made this cellphone case for my friend birthday present since I don't know what present I should give to her and not to mention I have a limited budget at the time. So I dig up my yarn collection and since she loves purple I crochet this one for her, it's pretty easy to make too!!

Material:
- Steel crochet hook #5 (3mm)
- Cotton Yarn
- Button
- Needle

Pattern:

Make chain at your desired length + 1 ch, mine is 32 ch.

Round 1: sc in the 2nd ch from hook and sc all the way to the last ch. Do not turn but continue doing sc on the other side of the ch to make a complete round. (64 sc)

Round 2+: continue sc onto both sides until you reach the desired length. Fasten off.

Button Hole:
In your last sc round, pick the middle side and do appropriate ch number and continue sc until the end.

- for example mine is 32 sc round so I make 16 sc and then 8 ch and then continuing the last 16 sc round. The ch for the button hole depends on where you put the button and the button size.

Button:
Sew button on the other side of the button hole.

Cute Crocheted Flip Flop

By using a simple crochet technique even a regular flip flops can be turn into this really cute flip flops. The pattern for this flip flops is free if you registered first at lion brand official website. For this flip flops I use two strands of different color yarn join together to wrap the flip flop straps and just glued the flower to the strap.

Crochet: Ring Necklace and Bracelet

Diamond Shape

It turns out that you can make a lot of stuff by using crochet technique. A large size steel ring that is usually sold at a craft store can be wrap with yarn using crochet technique and combine into interesting shape.

It is pretty easy...

Round 1: Make 1ch and then continue with sc around the ring until all of it is covered with sc stitches.

Round 2: Combine those crocheted ring into desires shape and sew it together, but if you are lazy just glue it.

Terms:

ch = chain

sc = single crochet

Triangle Shape

The crocheted ring can also be made into a bracelet but with a different method of joining. This bracelet is called Circumvenio Bracelet and you can get this pattern for free at Dawning Dreams blog.

Crochet Tracey Tentacles

There are a lot of free amigurumi pattern that you can find on he internet. One of them is in the official site of lion brand yarn but you have to register first, the pattern in this site can be obtain by downloading their pdf file.

The first time I saw this character amigurumi it caught my eyes since I really anything that's weird but cute!! But since I'm still a beginner the result is still not as cute as the original and I also miscount some of the stitches but continue anyway since I'm too lazy to redo it. I made this creature in several hours using crochet hook #4, only the eyes that is glued while the other parts are sew.

Simple Crochet Scarf

The pattern for this scarf is really simple and easy and it only takes one ball yarn too!!

Material:
- 4mm Crochet Hook
- 1 ball of yarn

Cute Crochet Kitten

This cute kitten is called Sherbet Kitten. Since it's my first time making a bigger amigurumi it still doesn't come out really nice. I have to assembly this kitten one by one from head, hands, foot, body and tail. The original one's are way way cuter than mine. The size is pretty nice, it's about the size of my palm. The mouth are sew from leftover yarn and since I don't have cute doll eyes I only used leftover button and glue it to the amigurumi.

Crochet Poo Keychain

Here's one weird but cute amigurumi that I made for my brother birthday present, I decided to make a key chain in the shape of a poo. Poo?!?! Yes!! Poo!! Why? Because he gave me a birthday card with a poo drawn in it and he also love the poo character in Dr. Slump manga. *yeah, we have a weird sense of humour* 

This key chain is actually pretty easy to make, it only take me about an hour to make this poo but since it's my first time making an amigurumi it doesn't neatly crocheted and since it doesn't really shape like a poo at first a had too glue the amigurumi tier to make it more "poo" like. The last step is to sew the remaining yarn to the key chain.

Crochet Chamomile Necklace

This Camomile necklace is pretty easy to make, you can make this flower in all kinds of color that you like. At first I made a bunch of this necklace for sale but end up using it myself instead. The pattern for this flower can be found in "Crochet Accessories" book by Ratu Sri Hastutie, in her book this flower is turn into a brooch and earring but since I don't have a brooch pin right now and this is too big for an earring I make necklaces instead. The flower and leaves are glued together to make this neclace.

Material:
- Crochet Hook #5
- Yarn
- Glue Gun

Chamomile Pattern:
Magic ring
Round 1: 2ch and 5sc inside the ring. Join with sl st.
Round 2: 1ch and 1sc from ch in round 1. 2sc in each sc in round 1 and sl st in ch (11 sc)
Round 3: 1ch and 2sc. *1sc in the next sc, 2sc in the next sc *, repeat* until the end and sl st in ch (17 sc)
Round 4: 1ch and *2sc in the next sc and 1sc in the next 2sc *, repeat* 5x and then 2sc and 1sc and sl st in ch (23 sc)
Round 5: 1ch and *2sc in the next sc and 1sc in the next 3sc *, repeat* 5x and then 2sc and 1sc, 1sc and sl st in ch (29 sc) (change color here)
Round 6: *3ch and 1dc, do 1dc and 3ch and 1dc*, repeat* 9x. Fasten off. (change color here)

Leaf Pattern:
Round 1: Make 13 ch and 1sc in 2nd chain from hook and in the next 2 ch (3sc), and then make 1dc in the next 6ch (6dc), and then make 1sc in the last remaining chain (3sc). Do not fasten off. [half 1st leaf made]
Round 2: Make 25ch and do sl st in each of the ch (25 sl st) [stem made]
Round 3: Make 13 ch and 1sc in 2nd chain from hook and in the next 2 ch (3sc), and then make 1dc in the next 6ch (6dc), and then make 1sc in the last remaining chain (3sc). [half 2nd leaf made]
Round 4:Into the 1st leaf make 1sc in the next 3ch (3sc), 1dc in the next 6ch (6dc), and then make 1sc in the last remaining chain (3sc). Fasten off. [1st leaf made]
Round 5: Join yarn in the 2nd leaf. 1sc in 2nd chain from hook and in the next 2 ch (3sc), and then make 1dc in the next 6ch (6dc), and then make 1sc in the last remaining chain (3sc). Fasten off. [2nd leaf made].

Note:
You can make the flower in three color, two color, or even one color. The leaves can be made in any color you like.

Colourful Camomile

You can also join a few of this necklace to make an awesome bib necklace. The flowers are join by gluing it on a felt fabric.

Kalung bunga Camomile ini sangat mudah dibuat dan tentunya kita bisa menggunakan berbagai macam warna yang kita suka. Pada awalnya aku membuat kalung ini untuk dijual tapi lama-kelamaan suka dipaje sendiri juga he he he. Pola dari bunga ini bisa dilihat pada buku "Crochet Accessories" oleh Ratu Sri Hastutie. Pada buku beliau bunga ini diubah menjadi bros dan anting-anting namun karena aku tidak memiliki pin bros dan menurutku ini agak besar kalau dipakai sebagai anting-anting jadinya aku buat menjadi kalung. Pada kalung ini bunga dan daunnya cukup dilem saja.

Buat magic ring
Round 1: 2ch dan 5sc di dalam MR. Gabung dengan sl st.
Round 2: 1ch dan 1sc pada ch di round 1. 2sc di setiap sc di round 1 dan sl st pada ch (11 sc)
Round 3: 1ch dan 2sc. *1sc pada sc selanjutnya dan 2sc pada sc selanjutnya *, ulangi** sampai akhir dan sl st pada ch (17 sc)
Round 4: 1ch dan *2sc pada sc selanjutnya dan 1sc pada 2sc selanjutnya*, ulangi** 5x dan kemudian 2sc dan 1sc dan akhiri dengan sl st in pada ch (23 sc)

Bunga ini dapat dibuat dalam satu warna, dua warnam tiga warna atau bahkan warna-warni. Daunnya pun dapat dibuat dengan warna sesuka hati.
