Review: TCM Anti Acne Blemish Removing Sea SPA Facial Mask

For the past five year or so I've been in a constant fight with adult acne so any products that contains the word "acne" or "blemish" always caught my attention. So when I was browsing at www.sasa.com I saw this TCM Anti Acne Blemish Removing Sea SPA Facial Mask and bought it right away. For those of you who didn't know TCM stands for "Traditional Chinese Medicine" and the TCM Mask at sasa.com (especially the sleeping mask) is one of the products that's solds out really fast!!

Description:
This product is based on the natural mineral substances and the organisms of the algae. It is composed of the extracts from ginseng, great burnets, rhuarb and about 18 traditional Chinese medicines. It can conserve strength and store up energy, whiten and nourish your skin as well as improve the composition of the skin. After using it regularly, pimples and blackheads will be removed and your skin will become soft and beautiful.

Packaging:
The mask comes in a sachet size and one sachet can be use up to 3-4 times.

Ingredients:
Extract of ginseng, burnet, rhubarb, salvia

Direction:
Apply a slightly thick layer evenly on the face, avoiding the eyes and mouth area. When the pack (mask) is completely dry, peel it off in an upward direction and clean the face.

Caution:
  1. Avoid contact with eyes. If it does, please rinse as immediately.
  2. If skin has allergy reactions, please stop to use.

My Thoughts:
The mask is very thick in texture, kinda like The Face Shop White Mud Nose Pack. It's black so it kinda scary at first but it has no scent so it's great for people who has sensitive nose. It took about 30 minutes to dry and when it dries it was pretty hard to peel because I has a lot of tiny facial hair and when I pull the mask off it hurts like a bi**h and even brought tears to my eyes #LOL. Not a pleasant sensation but when the mask has been completely peel off my face feels smooth and nice (probably from the mask peeling) and I even see some of the blackhead and whitehead on the mask. So I think the next I put it on I'm gonna use it only on my T-zone. As for the anti acne properties I don't really feel the difference but it is a nicer alternative to pore strip.

What I Like:
- makes skin soft and smooth
- no scent
- help removes blackhead and whitehead

What I Don't Like:
- hurts real bad when it's peeled off
- took a long time to dry
