Tonight I'm gonna share about what I cook for today and it's also my own comfort food. Yeahh... I'm a typical Asian and I love to eat rice #LOL Rice Saikoo!! Although I do prefer vegetable and the content of my fridge is mostly fruit, vegetable and chocolate . Here goes the ingredients....
The ingredients that I use are:
- Paprika (about half paprika)
- Onions (half onion)
- Green Beans/ String Beans or whatever it's called
- Minced Beef
- Chili
I use those because that's what I have on the fridge but it can be switch with any type of vegetable. I usually adds 1-2 garlic but since I run out off garlic I don't use it right now. As for the minced beef I don't usually use it too but since my brother's gonna come here I thought he could use more protein . The beef can be replace with chicken, sausage, meatballs or whatever. The last thing is because I like spicy food I tend to add chilli on anything that I cook he he he skip it if you hate spicy stuff. The chilli is already processed with a food processor so I can just spoon it every time I cook. Now let's get cooking shall we?
1. Heat oil
I don't like to use palm oil and prefer to use olive oil or rice bran oil. I know it's more expensive but it's more beneficial for health in the long run.
2. Add Onion & Beef
Saute onion first and when it turns transparent add the beef. The beef can be replace with sausage, meatball, shrimp, squid or it can also be skipped.
3. Add Paprika
I just paprika IDK why he he he... Skip this one if you hate it.

4. Add green beans
Green beans, string beans or whatever it was called.. I use the baby green beans because it taste better and crunchier.
5. Add chilli
I usually grind chilli with a few garlic and put it in the fridge. Skip it if you hate spicy food.
6. Stir stir stir
Keep stir fried until you think it's appropriate. Ohh almost forgot to tell you about the seasoning!! I use salt, pepper and a little bit of sugar for some zest!!
NOTE: Remember to taste the food while you add seasoning and it's better to add a little bit at a time.

I use to only be able to cook instant ramen but when I try to cook real food I prefer it that way since then. So you should be able to cook too ^^

Klo gag suka paprika ya jangan dipake hehehe sayurannya bisa suka2 kok. Kecuali ya klo gag suka sayuran bisa ganti jamur apa bakso gitu.
