Recipe: Seafood Stir Fried (Broccoli and Shrimp with Oyster Sauce)


This is a super simple stir-fried recipe and whenever I cook this my brother seems to never stop eating #LOL. I got a lot of good feedback to when I put the picture on IG.

Ini adalah resep masakan tumisan yang sangat simpel dan setiap kali aku buat ini, adeku rasanya gag bisa berhenti makan #LOL.

Ingredients (Bahan-Bahan):
Shrimp (Udang)
Broccoli (Brokoli)
1/2 Large Onion (1/2 Bawang Bombay Besar
3 Medium Garlic (3 Bawang Putih Sedang)
 3 Cayenne Pepper (3 Cabe Rawit) ~ Optional ~

Seasoning (Bumbu):
Salt (Garam)
Pepper (Merica)
Sugar (Gula)
Oyster Sauce (Saus Tiram)
Corn Starch (Tepung Maizena)

How to Cook:
1. Heat Oil.
(Panaskan Minyak).

2. Add Garlic and Onion. Cook until transparent / smells good. 
(Masukkan bawang putih dan bawang bombay lalu masak sampai transparan / wangi).
3. Add Cayenne Pepper
(Masukkan Cabe Rawit)

4. Add Shrimp and cook until it changes color 
(Masukkan Udangdan masak sampai berubah warna).
5. Add Broccoli and about 50 cc of water. Add about 1/2 tsp Corn Starch diluted in hot water to thicken the sauce.
(Masukkan Brokoli dan sekitar 50 cc air. Tambahkan sekitar 1/2 sdt Tepung Maizena yang diencerkan dengan air panas untuk mengentalkan saus).
6. Season with Salt, Pepper, Sugar and Oyster Sauce. Add little by little until you reach the desired taste.
(Bumbui dengan Garam, Merica, Gula dan Saus Tiram. Tambahkan sedikit demi sedikit sampai rasanya sesuai dengan selera)
 7. Serve!!
(Hidangkan!!)
