This post has been in my draft for about a month and I finally decided to write about it. The reason it was so long because this necklace is actually something that I did on whim and don't have any specific pattern to follow. Just a bunch of crochet circles sew together and I added chain to make a necklace.
I made this in a gradation yarn at the center and broken white yarn surrounding the circle, but a single color yarn would look great too.
Material:
- steel hook #5 (3mm)
- 6 yarn color (5 for center, 1 for surrounding and chain necklace)
- tapestry needle

I'm actually a bit confused on how to explained the pattern for this, but the circle is just an ordinary circle that you make for an amigurumi. So I use continuous rounds for this circle. Here goes...
Circle 1:
- do a magic circle and 7sc
- 2sc in each sc (14sc)
- *1sc in next sc and 2sc in next sc; repeat * (21sc)
- *1sc in the next 2sc and 2sc in next sc; repeat * (28sc)
- [change color] *1sc in the next 3sc and 2sc in next sc; repeat * (35sc)
- fasten off
Circle 2:
- do a magic circle and 7sc
- 2sc in each sc (14sc)
- *1sc in next sc and 2sc in next sc; repeat * (21sc)
- [change color] *1sc in the next 2sc and 2sc in next sc; repeat * (28sc)
- fasten off

Assembly:
You arrange the circle according to the picture above or in anyway you like and just sew it together, if you don't like to sew you can also join the circles using sl st at the back loop only. The last step is you attach the yarn for the necklace chain in the parts where you think fits and do a chain as long as you like (mine's 100 ch each). I did my chain at the left and right and don't join it because I want to adjust the necklace length.
Hope you like this pattern...
